Wednesday March 26th:
Positive Discipline Parent Education Course: Free Introduction from 6:15-7:15 at the Maxx. 6 week course begins April 23. Must pre-register for this Intro. Workshop. Laura@youthagency.org

Thursday March 27th:
Girls 7-12th grade are invited to a free workshop at the Maxx from 2:30-4:30. Stylists from Joe’s Salon and Spa on Bank St are coming to share hair and skin care tips to help girls feel and look their best. Free samples! Bus from SMS and NMHS to Maxx. 2:30-4:30. Must register with Laura@youthagency.org (Space is limited on bus)

Saturday March 29th:
2 events happening at the YA, 50 East St., Stop by and visit both!
1. Sports Swap: 9-5 in YA gym. Buy or sell used sports equipment. Consign or donate to MVP-SOS. Drop off your stuff to sell at the YA office all week from 9-6. Info: Stacey@youthagency.org
2. Ben’s Bells Newtown will be upstairs at the Youth Agency (top floor) from 10-12. It is a drop in family event; Stop by and learn how Ben’s Bells spreads the message of kindness, and make some clay beads to help make a Ben’s bell chime! Kids under 12 must be accompanied by adult. SUNDAY March 30th:
6:00-8:00 PM. Free Showing of The Anonymous People film at the Maxx, with a Q&A by filmmaker Greg Williams. All are welcome to attend- no registration required.
***This is a feature documentary film about the 23 million Americans living in long term recovery. The film “aims to change the addiction conversation from problems to solutions”. If you or a loved one has struggled with addiction, are in recovery, or are interested in this issue that touches the lives of everyone, please join us!
