Madison Schell
It is an honor to recognize Madison for the dedication,
work ethic, and kindness she demonstrates to the
students and fellow staff members of the Youth Agency
childcare program.
Madison is an exceptional role model. The children
gravitate towards her calming, subtle, and soft-spoken
nature which helps put them right at ease.
Madison has an extraordinary amount of patience with
everyday interactions as well as handling situations that
arise with the children. She routinely teaches the kids
how to play games even as they continue to create their
own rules! Madison is innovative with her unique style,
creativity, and ingenious ideas that enhance the fun and
safety of the students at our Hill and Plain site. Whether
it’s a new gym or card game as well as her famous
manicures Madison never fails to rise to the occasion!
Madison leads by example and her kindness towards
others always shines through. She is an ideal example
of an outstanding student!
