It is an annual event that we hold to offer an opportunity for teens in New Milford to learn about what it takes to get a job in today’s world. Preregistration is required so If you are interested please contact us at (860) 354-0047 or Alison@youthagency.org.
Juvenile Review Panel
The Juvenile Review Panel is pleased to welcome our newest member, Sean Boyle. Sean is a Social Work Supervisor for the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Juvenile Review Panel meets once a month to mandate meaningful and appropriate restitution for first-time offenders of the law that are ages 17 & under. This program has run for over 10 years and has been proven to be very effective for the youth and families involved. Last year alone the Juvenile Review Panel diverted over 40 cases from the Juvenile Justice Court System. We are very pleased to have Sean’s knowledge and perspective added to our already very devoted panel. For more information on the Juvenile Review Panel, please contact Kevin Kwas at the Youth Agency.
