the New Milford Rotary Club for their support, once again, in the community’s annual Bike Day. They will purchase brand new helmets for the children identified through our local Social Services who can benefit from this donation in a very big way. These helmets are fitted personally to each child to help protect them the most and they get to pick out their favorite color and style!

Due to road closures resulting from last night’s storm, New Milford Public Schools are closed today. The Latchkey Program is open at John Pettibone School from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Welcome Gene Marino!
The Youth Agency is pleased to welcome Gene Marino to our Board of Directors. His dedication to Youth Agency programming over the last 10 years has been extremely valuable and we are excited to have him continue with us in this new capacity.
Eugene Marino III is a marketing communications professional. Shortly after his family moved to New Milford in 2005, his son discovered the New Milford Youth Agency and began to participate. At that time, Gene became a volunteer at the Youth Agency, assisting the staff on outings, hikes and agency-sponsored events. In this role, he has come to understand the tangible benefits provided by the Youth Agency and the important role it fills in the community. Gene’s pastimes are art and letterpress printing. He lives in New Milford with his wife Karen & their two sons, Max and Beckman.
