The New Milford Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Council and The Town of New Milford, will be hosting a panel discussion “Opioid Use – Prevention and Intervention Resources” on Tuesday, April 1st at 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm in the gymnasium of John Pettibone School, 2 Pickett District Road, New Milford. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss current drug trends affecting our region and to educate the community on resources that are available. The panel will be represented by New Milford School System, New Milford Youth Agency, New Milford Hospital, MCCA (Midwestern Connecticut Council of Alcoholism, HVCASA (Housatonic Valley Coalition Against Substance Abuse).
