Provides free, or potentially free STD testing.


National Sickel Cell Hotline

Informational and helpful hotline for those with questions concerning sickel cell disease.


New Milford VNA Hospice

A non-profit health care agency dedicated to provide home care, hospice, and public health services.


NW CT AIDS Project

Their mission has been dedicated to increasing public understanding of HIV disease through community outreach, prevention education, testing, and support services, while also embracing the diversity of all whom we seek to serve.


VNA Visiting Nurse Association

The VNAA will support, promote and advance nonprofit providers of home and community-based healthcare, hospice and health promotion services to ensure quality care for their communities.


WIC

Will safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care.
